This past Navaratri was really special because not only did we

have older and more familiar family members doing sadhana with us from

around the world but also some wonderful people from the club.

During the nine days there were some people who had schedules

to commit to the spiritual practices for whole nine days and then

others for shorter durations.

One very nice activity that I got involved in was participating in

"tag team" Chandi homa organised very well by Dharmesh.

Without interfering with Swamiji or Shree Maa's shedule, we would keep

the sadhana at the fire going around the clock. It was mostly chandi

homas though there were small time gaps for other mantras.

As the nine days carried on all those that were

participating(including web

cam viewers) really felt that importance of satsang with our guru

sisters and brothers and I think we all felt the support of the Guru's

flowing down upon us.

The challenges to all of us was to respect the leader of the homa. This

also meant surronding Pujas and activity did not distract the Homa

circle. If it was more that one person at the fire, then we needed to

stay in the leaders bhava. We had learned this very well from chanting

with Swamiji. We knew that the leaders voice was the guide

track and we would stay under the umbrella and follows it bhava with

one-pointed focus. I what I experienced and saw(since we could also

watch on the web cam) was some real synergistic cooperation

We also had to respect the schedule, the preparation of the Homa for

the next person, and with some flexability to negotiate variables.

So between the Homa as well as the surounding Pujas carrying on at

in the east, north and west sides of the temple there was mutual

respect and consideration and the collective bhava that continued to

grow throughout the Navaratri.

There were also some very beautiful group pujas at Napeshwar(Outdoor

Siva Lingam) that Vishweshwar did with many newcomers and that was a

great celebration.

In the temple arati and satsang with Shree Maa and Swami brought

the Bhava to new heights with group homas and Shree Maa doing a Chandi

play she contructed which was interweaved with songs to Divine Mother.

We all saw the possibility of how far our love can grow as a satsang

and flow from hearts and the world.

Namaste Surath,

Peace and thanks for the supportive planetary vibrations. Here in New

Mexico the external connection is not that reliable ( inner space is the real

connection ) and many learn how to connect internally. The flow was felt in both

directions and thanks for another place to be. Blessings and love from the

10,000 year old native population of NM ( and those returning to their

inherent purity) .

Om Namah Sivaya

Love
