Praghosa dasa ACBSP and Praghosa, GBC Ireland?

There appears to be two Praghosa dasas:

 

1. Praghosa dasa ACBSP

2. Praghosa dasa, GBC Ireland

 

 

Are they two different people? Or are they one and the same?

Praghosa ACBSP, I believe, is a co-GBC for New York. He was a famous book distributor from the 70's.

 

Praghosa from Ireland, is, I believe, a disciple of Satsvarupa Gosvami, and is the one who runs the Dandavats site.

There's also a Praghosa dasa in Montreal. He does the Prabhupada Vani web site.
