Guest guest
Good afternoon to all, I have a question to those who have experienced going through cleansing sets. I started doing some cleansing sets and I have needed much more rest. I feel like it¹s a normal part of the cleansing process as I¹m certain I had high levels of toxins, but I¹m wondering if there¹s an average as to how long the needing more rest lasts? A lot of you have so much experience, is there a generic approximate for the temporary need for a lot more rest? Thanks in advance, Jennifer
Guest guest
Sat Nam Jennifer I think that this is highly individual. Personally, I've had cleases that knocked me out for only a few days...others lasted much longer. As I'm sure you know-the more nurturing you can be with yourself during this time, the better-every cell in your body is working overtime to renew! how exciting! Guest guest
Dear all, Sairam to all of you. This is the first mail of mine and I hope this will help you all. I am also a Reiki master. When ever you feel tired chant the name of God. Chanting is also one form of yoga and it helps a lot to remove toxins from your body. Think in a glass dirty water is filled and you go on pouring pure water into it and the dirty water has to come out and finally pure water remains. Like that fill your mind, body and soul with god's name. Slowly and steadily it will clean you in all respects. Sairam. Guest guest
Hello all I am wondering how do you do cleansing sets are they physical and mental exercises? Is it a diet the promotes the cleaning of your system, or what? I have also read about spiritual names. How do you get one? Thanks in advance, and peace, love and prosperity to all. You should be drinking copious amounts of pure water and breathing deeply as well even if you are not doing yoga. A good deep breath is the best yoga exercise especially when you are engaged in normal, everyday activities such as job or housework. Be sure you take the relaxations after the yoga sets as well. It will help with your energy levels. Cleansing is an extremely radical process so don't overdo it. Be conservative if you are feeling undue side effects. > Good afternoon to all, > > I have a question to those who have experienced going through cleansing > sets.
