one devotees gave me this great book, "discovery of the ultimate superfood"

by gary young nd. I highly recommend devotees to read this book.

 

eat 4 items daily;

 

1) 30-50 grams of wolfberries preferably ninxia (or whatever you can get)

2) fresh pomegranete fruits or juice of them

3) fresh raspberries or juice of them

4) lemonine essensial oil (or alternatively grate citrus peel into salads-or

teas

 

in addition:

5) 2 litres or more of filtered water

6)maintaining a simple low calorie raw foods / fruits / herbal teas diet

7) kombucha would be nice.

8) they say pranayama (done by devotees while listening to class or sp

tapes) helps lower Blood pressure, helps diabetes 2, improves vision etc.
