Guest guest Posted October 12, 2006 Report Share Posted October 12, 2006 Dear all, last night just before sleeping i have felt something like an explosion i do not know precisely where, may be in the chest or in my head and this have awakened me. After this explosion i was liing on my right side and i have felt like an inner ondulatory movement, it was like if the bed was ondulating but it was in my body, duration af all this:i do not know precisely, may be 30 seconds. It is not the first time i feel this, but it seems i experience it more often now, after 3 years of KY (Yogi Bhajan) 1 hour a day.
