Amma also suggested that the students spend 10 minutes a day in

meditation, imagining that all the cells in their body were becoming

relaxed and that everything inside and out was becoming peaceful.

Awesome. Relaxation is so wonderful. Amma has helped us feel such a

deeper states of relaxation, its like a fountain of prana..
