of Srimaan Trust. Deepavali Phase I celebrations concluded in a

wonderful manner.

Deepavali Vasthra Nivedhan Celebrations

D E E P A V A L I K O N D A T T A M

(PHASE-1)

 

This Deepavali is a much happier festival for all Arangan Adiyars of

Srimaan Trust.

 

Srimaan Trust has arranged to provide new garments to selected

children with the help of our generous donors.

Every year Srimaan Trust arranges distribution of New Clothes for

Deepavali, this year it was again a grand celebration.

Amongst an enthusiastic crowd of donors, parents, acharyas and

students, the "Vasthra Nivedhan" function was held on 14/10/06 at

Koorathazhwan Sannidhi. Donors, Acharyas and reputed kainkaryaparas

gifted the new clothes to students.

Sweet and Savory packets were distributed to all students, parents

and public. The sweet was prepared at the madappalli and offered to

Sri KoorathAzhwan. And hence was distributed as prasadam along with

blessings of Sri Azhwan.

 

The function was very much appreciated by the local residents who

noted the noble kainkarya of distributing new garments to

economically challenged children by acharyas and prominent persons,

making each feel special. Many devoted persons promised to

contribute to the cause of educating children in the future. It was

a grand function that enabled Adiyars to recruit Adiyars for such

kainkaryams, therefore expanding Emberumanar Darshanam.
