Guest guest
Question from Ken Shaw: I was wondering if this Tradition has a body of teaching concerning prana kriya practices like alternate nostril breathing. Would it be proper to practice alternate nostril breathing timed to the silent recitation of the Kali Mantra, with four recitations for each round: inhalation, hold, exhalation, hold? Thank you for your time. Swamiji's response: That is a totally acceptable technique.
