swAmi PiLLai LOkAchAryar, 801 TN will be celebrated in a grand manner in kAnchi. As you all know the 800th thirunakshatram of swamy pillai ulagAriyan was celebrated in Srirangam, kAnchi and many other divya desams in a very grand manner last year. Continuing with the same this year also a grand celebration is planned on 29.10.06 at kAnchi. Swamy pillai lokAcharya along with poigaiyAzhvar (first among the mudal Azhvars) and Swamy manavAla mAmunikal (last among the Acharyas) will undergo thiruveedhi purappadu along with divya desa emperumans and get the bahumAnams of the divya desa emperumans after the mandagapadi at the Sri purushotama, Sri Prathivadi bayankaram annA sannadhi in the devaperumal sannadhi street.
