Guest guest
Hi I am new to Kundalini Yoga and have been trying to teach myself with a DVD and Book as I cant seem to find a teacher in my area. I am starting to feel comfortable with the warm up sequences and would like to ask if anyone has any suggestions on a Kriya for a beginner that would allow me to see some benefits of this practice. There seems to be lots of Kriyas for different aspects and i cant seem to choose one. Thanks Darren
Guest guest
Hi Darren, A good set to start with is at kundalini yogaspinal.html Here is also a link to Gururattan's free courses kundalini yogaclasses.html It is also helpful if we add our city and state/country to our signature as I have done below. Someone than may have some thoughts or ideas for us as to finding classes etc. Here is a link for teachers worlwide : directory.html Hope this heads you in right direction. Guest guest
Hi Thanks Brian for your suggestions, Have had a look through and will follow through the spine exercises today. Can I ask about the breath of fire breathing, does it become easier with practice, i find it difficult to relax the navel on the out breath and it feels like i end up breathing in more than breathing out. Is this normal for a begginer? I Live in Devon UK, i have looked for a teacher in my area but there are none listed on the websites for teachers.
