Guest guest
This may come as an odd question but ponder on it for a moment before hitting the reply button! If you had to pick one (for your own chart and not some distant reading for someone unrelated...) what would you call as the single planet that you would want strong in a chart for mental/worldly/commonly-as-we-understand-it stability? Please don't share your data but your thoughts! This thread is not supposed to be a "come-on" for reading seekers (pardon my directness as always!): Sun Moon Jupiter Lagnesha Dashamesha Bhagyesha Panchamesha Yogakaraka if one exists Saptavimshamsha lagnesh Atmakaraka Amatyakaraka YOUR PERSONAL ASTROLOGICAL PREFERENCE GOES HERE ...? Let us have some meaningful astrological thoughts now that the infants have been put to bed! RR
Guest guest
Dear Jyotishis, My vote would be with the MOON. More so if it is also performing some of the other astro-roles suggested in the starter message for this thread. And with moon, we must always consider the state of its 'light'. Does the 'brighter' (PB+) moon have an ORB of influence that can extend beyond rashi boundaries (unlike other non-luminary planets), particularly if the moon is in early or late parts of a sign? What about the other 'light' -- SUN? Even though, unlike other planets, the movement of the astrological sun is entirely determined by that of the EARTH! <What is the symbolic/conceptual/astrological significance of that geocentric vantage??> But, let us focus on the moon, for starters, for now ...! Thoughts?
