Guest guest
Dear Family, Namaste! It has been my privilege to be in the physical presence of Shree Maa and Swamiji for some time. I thought I would share with you two of the teachings that I have learned in this period. The most important thing is being aware and conscious of what you are doing at every moment. Swamiji says awareness, consciousness, meditation, love, and attention are all the same concept at different levels of intensity. Practically, it means switch off the lights when you are done, shut the door gently, listen when others speak, and so on. Forgetfulness is the same as forgetting God. The second important thing is complete your karma and don't leave a mess for others to clean up. Once I was with Maa and She offered me some orange juice. I drank the juice and washed the glass and put it on the dish stand. She immediately asked me to dry it. She added complete your karma now because you do not want to come back to complete it later. Completing karma means wash, dry, and put away. Sincerely, srini
