You can offer the Naivedya to the lingam and include

cloth and garlands. Remember you are the creator of

your puja.

New would be preferable. Although you can offer the

same ornaments and bracelets more than once. If you

feel inspired you can give your ornaments as blessings

after the puja.

On page 255-256 in the Kali puja book, before removing

the energy, you can recite the visarjan mantra. Then

do the mudra as you described above and say

"kshamasya." Remember you pick up the pranpratishtha

flower with the visarjan mudra.
