Dear Shabad Amritsar:

 

 

 

Ideally you would put your hands on top of your heals and press your hips

forward.

 

 

 

An alternative is to place your hands at the top of you buttocks and

standing on your knees and pressing your hips forward with your head hanging

back.

 

 

 

In order to prepare yourself to do the full camel pose you will need more

than that. You will need also to train your ankles to support part of your

wait by getting into the full posture for a few more seconds every day.

 

 

 

Remember to always come out of camel pose by sitting down first instead of

springing yourself straight up from the pose.
