The materials needed, steps involved, process and time frame is different for each. What kind of Sadhana are you looking for. Can I practise some mantras to obtain powers to cure people of diseases ? It is an interest for me. Or are there any mantras with which I can do the minimum of the minimum Siddhis, to start with ? I have details of few of them. If u r looking for pranic healing or touch healing then u should opt for Reiki or practice hypnotism.
