Guest guest
Sat nam everybody, I started using Braggs to replace salt. I remember folks in the ashram putting it on popcorn. I'd like to know if it is a fermented soy product, the label doesn't say. I've been reading a lot lately about unfermented soy products, that they can cause hypothroidism, also have been linked to breast cancer. Any opinion on this? I used to eat a lot of tofu, soyburgers and such, I am cutting down. I understand that fermented soy products, such as tempeh and miso are ok. thanks for any info. If you are looking for a natural, fermented soy product, try 'Nama Shoyu'. Fermented soy is best, easiest to digest and the potentially harmful substances have been neutralized by the fermentation process.
