Buses are available frequently in addition to trains. If you travel by bus/car you can get get down at Chettkpuniyam (on the way to Singaperumal Koil) and visit Hayakriva temple at chettipuniyam adeyan, M.V.Narasimhan; With Regards M.V Narasimhan How low will we go?
