In the recipe I just sent, Atma Kaur told me she never measured the amount

of salt and black pepper. She estimated the amounts and there is nothing

magical about the amounts listed. I made the recipe with onions and garlic.

I used less salt (1/3 of the amount listed is already salty to my taste!)

 

 

 

It is truly delicious. I never had enough! Enjoy!
