One day, Shree Maa told us that if you do pranayam (as a separate practice) everyday your whole day will be calm and peaceful. In today's class, Swamiji will be talking not only about Prana Pratishta but also about Pranayam. In our tradition, we do use the 1:4:2 formula - 1 for inhalation, 4 for retention, and 2 for exhalation. Inhalation through right nostril and exhalation through left nostril.
