Also good to hear you wear rudraksh regularly. They can only bring benefits as time goes. In answer to your other questions: a) Pls try to remove and put bead in the pouch before entering bathroom. Place the bead in a secure place. After exiting the bathroom with clean hands, recite "Om Namah Shivaya" 3 times and wear it again. b) Yes its ok to wear at night. But pls remove the bead during "spousal relations". c) If you are from a strict background, then its best not to wear when eating non-veg food. If this is the case, the bead can be put in the pouch and kept in the pocket with safety pins or locked in the briefcase, then wear it after eating and washing the hands. Having said that, there are Smarta Hindus, Tantrikas and Aghoris who eat non-veg while wearing rudraksh.
