Sat Nam,

 

There are 2 aspects of Kundalini Yoga, one is the practice of the Path of Radiance (Laya) and the other the practice of the Path of withdrawal (Pratyahar). Here Laya and Pratyahar are meant as Paths or approaches versus a specific technical term for a Kriya or meditation. The Path of Pratyahar involves Sanjam or breath simran.

More Energy!

Hi All,

 

My body has more energy than it can handle. I feel embrassed of it

because it is like as if there are current waves which my body is

passing out.

 

What should I do? Any kriyas or Meditations that can help.

 

Any or all advice is welcomed.
