Guest guest
I have a question regarding "Mahan Gyan Mudra" I practiced this one awhile ago & I cannot seem to locate it, I've looked thru different files & everything that I come up with has the arms bent up, yet the one that I recall has the arms out to the side straight out... which one are you doing? If you have the one I am talking of could you please send me a copy of it, I have looked everywhere & can't locate it...I'd appreciate your help (: thank you (: Jiwan Shakti Kaur Everyone is raving about the all-new Mail (http://advision.webevents./mailbeta/)

Guest guest
The Arms can be held up like a field goal (with mudra or palms open-meditation for releasing subconscious fears 3-31mins.-Yoga for Business or straight out parallel to the ground for mahan gyan mudra 3-11mins. The important part is keeping arms up at the same level as the shoulders and not lowering them. It hurts but the nerve readjustments and 1st and 4th chakra opening puts you in a flow that lasts all day. Check it out! It has changed my life. -Chris Everyone is raving about the all-new Mail.
