Guest guest Posted November 1, 2006 Report Share Posted November 1, 2006 Dear Vel Yogendra: Are you referring to the Tratakum meditation photo of Yogi Bhajan? It is not hypnosis. That is not a photo in Samadhi. It is a rare photo of a yogi in complete neutral state. You focus on the light in his eyes and you are guided into yourself first. Because of the neutrality you are able to see your own illusions. As you notice them you can make choices to let them disappear and choose the light. At least that's my understanding.
