thirucciRRambalam

Meaning:

In the forest where the female ghost

with dried out breasts, showing out veins,

round eyes, white teeth, depressed belly,

red hair, two teeth stretching out, raised

and long rounded leg, resides screaming

and fiercely wandering, there

flinging the low lying twined hair in all

eight directions, coolly fire dancing

our Fathers place is thiruvAlankADu.

Notes:

1. thiraN^gi - dried out; paN^gi - hair;

paraDu - foot; kaNai - round.
