Azhwar continues pleading to Thiruppuligudi Perumal for his darshan. He gets very worried about Perumal’s thirumeni. He asks BhoomipAlan to get up and together with PangayaChelvi bless all the bhagavatha community.

“You have been in this posture time since some one would have requested for this. Your thirumeni should be feeling very uncomfortable now without any visible movement. Please get up and, along with your consort bless us with the darshan of both of you.”

Azhwar refers to Perumal’s eyes as ThAmaraikkaN. Azhwar, as parankusanayaki talks about Perumal’s (her lover) eyes in one of the previous pathigams (TVM 5.5)

Parankusanayaki answers her mother community about her love for Perumal with the

 

description of His beauty. The chakra in Nambi’s right hand is compared to Sun, and

 

the Sangham in the left hand is compared to Moon. Nambi’s eye lids blossom when

 

looking at the sun (lotus blossoming) and close when looking at the moon. As this

 

phenomenon continues, Nambi’s eyes are always open anytime, looking at whoever is

 

trying to have His darshan standing in front of Him. Azhwar enjoys this anubhavam as

 

“Uruva VazhippAdu” (worship of archa vigraham)
