Meditation Question

Sat Nam all, I do my Sadhana between the hours of 4:45am and

6 am. Currently I'm working with the Nabhi Hriya. My problem is

this: My wife and child are asleep when I finish and I don't wish to

awaken them by chanting aloud during the ending meditation.

Can anyone suggest an effective meditation that could be

chanted mentally.

Dear Felixe:

 

 

 

You can still do your meditation with a very soft voice concentrating on the

vibration you create within your whole body. That may actually be a great

exercise in itself.

Thank You Awtar. Would the complete version of the Adi Mantra

be good or do you suggest something else.
