The New Vrindaban community is currently seeking a manager for its Guest

Lodge and/or Snack Bar.

 

Lodge Management entails oversight of:

 

* Accounting

* Bookings, Check-in, & Reception

* Hospitality

* Customer Care

* Employees' Performance, Schedules, & Time Cards

* Housekeeping

* Purchasing

* Maintenance of Inviting, Krsna Conscious Atmosphere

* Building Repair & Maintenance

* Advertising & Marketing

 

 

Snack Bar Management entails oversight of:

 

* Accounting, Profitability

* Menus & Quality of Prasadam

* Customer Care

* Employees' Performance, Schedules, & Time Cards

* Purchasing

* Compliance with Health Department Standards

* Maintenance of Inviting, Krsna Conscious Atmosphere

* Cleanliness & Décor

 

 

There is also the possibility of involvement in renovation and the required

fundraising, if the candidate possesses such skills.

 

Experience and references both in the above duties and general ISKCON

involvement and services are required. A background in congregational

development/preaching can also be beneficial in these positions.
