Doubt regarding Nadi Astrology's Prassana Kaandam

I went to two different Nadi astrologers. I saw many Kaandams (Or Canto) with both astrologers. But in the case of Prassana Kaandan (Or Prassana Canto), there was a problem. The first astrologer based whom I met said that in the case of Prassana Kaandam, I must write and give Questions and I will get answers accordingly. And, after writing questions, I got reply to all my queries. Fine.

 

But, when I went to next Nadi Astrologer, I asked whether I can write and give questions. He said that I must not give any questions but the canto will explain and give answers to questions that we think in our mind. I said ok. He finished reading the Canto, but I did not get answers to all the questions in my mind.

 

Which is true?

1) Should we ask questions in a paper or

2) will they themselves give answers to questions in our mind?
