Guest guest
The point that I'm trying to make is that the sadhanas (of devotees whose homes Lord Caitanya ate in) was prescribed by sampradayas who emphasized practices, such as arcana, more than nama-japa. Suggestion: But it appears to be contextual, for while on tour He regularly ate in homes of Vaisnavas of various sampradayas, including those whose/in which the/of whom the/ prescribed sadhanas did not include extensive nama-japa. NB the insertion of "prescribed," which should be acceptable whether taken as pertaining to the sampradayas or their member devotees. Also "sadhanas," plural. Thanks to all the pandits taking the trouble to comment on this. It's gratifying to know that even devotees far more competent than I also sometimes grapple with grammatical questions.
