Guest guest
Temporary Vrndavan Hospice May Close The Temporary Vrndavan Hospice service is looking for someone to monthly oversee the small account and monthly fund distribution. The entire operation is automated with full accountability on PayPal and the web and is very, very easy to learn. If no one takes over this service immediately all the funds left in the account, and the accounting spreadsheets for 2005 and 2006, will be turned over to Vaishnavas Care, Inc. after December 31st, 2006, and the PayPal account associated with these collections will close for good on that date and no donations will be collected thereafter (all current subscriptions will cancel). The website: www.buddhiyoga.org is also up for grabs as shown there. The hospice service requires keeping track of incoming and outgoing donations of around $500 each month and writing articles for the web as needed to help particular devotees in need. This all requires around three to four hours per month, at most. At the end of each year (after December 31st), the simple mathematical addition of individual donations across 12 months prior will be needed to produce receipts to the 30 (or so) donors on a word document that will then print to a PDF document and be emailed to the donors. That portion of the service requires around one to two days total before January 31st of the new year (2007). Please contact justdasi2 , before December 1st, 2006, if you wish to volunteer for either of these two services. A letter with reasons has also been drafted by me for those who wish or need to know the reasons. Hare Krsna!!! Good bye and good luck.
