Dear Kalia,

 

I'm sorry you are unable to see the broadcasts. I had the same

problem, and quite by accident I found out that if I used Quicktime 6.

5 instead of 7.1 (the latest version), I could see and hear everything

(in order to see the video taped Cosmic Puja classes I still have to

use Quicktime 7.1 because 6.5 won't work there).

Perhaps you could try changing Quicktime versions as well, you never

know. I pray you and Kalachandra and all those having some problems

with reception will be able to receive Swamiji in your homes soon,

Dear Henny,

 

Thanks again for your suggestion I have tried and tried but still no

success with the video or webcam. At one time a picture of Swamiji

started to open from the daily posted files but it suddenly froze

and returning to the download subsequently, an error message

appeared. I also tried to download at work where the connection

speed is much higher but the result was the same. Thankfully, i got

a few of the audio files.

thank you for letting me know the outcome. I'm sorry it did not work

and hope a solution can be found in another way. Perhaps the

videotaped files could be sent to you on cd or something (I'm afraid

this suggestion makes it painfully obvious I know very little about

these things). But I'm glad you can at least listen to a few files,
