perhaps my story will inspire you and your wife to try again:)

Jai Henny Ma!

 

i have ahard time with handstands in class, too, and it has kept me

from doing them. Recently a teacher showed me some exercises to help

strengthen my muscles and add confidence......i have to say, your way

is waaaaaaaay more effective! : )
