Pavitrotsavam, being a purificatory ceremony, the objective of which is to

expiate the mistakes and offenses arising in the daily worship of the

deity, is being celebrated every year at the Dombivli Branch of Srimad

Andavan Ashramam - Sri Balaji Mandir.

 

This year also the Utsavam is going on from 30th October 2006. Daily Homam,

Veda / Prabhandha Parayanam, Satrumurai, are being performed according to

the Aagama rituals.The Utsavam will culminate on Sunday the 5th of

November, 2006 with Geruda Sevai purappadu of Lord Sri Balaji at 8.00 am

followed by Theerthavari and Goshti.

 

Requesting you all to partake in the Peranandam of Garudasevai.
