Equalling the Unequal

 

SvAmi Nam AzvAr describes EmperumAn as

'othAr mikkArai ialiyAya mA-mayA' Tiru-vAimozhi

 

There is nobody above Him. Does it mean that there is somebody equal to Him?

No.

 

The Lord -however, grants this high status almost equal to Him. Those who are devout unto Him, and who fall at His feet,

as a matter of nature are indeed blessed.

 

EmprumAn exalts them to the stage as if they are at par with Him.

None other than Thirumangai AzvAr hands out this message in clear terms

 

'thammaiyEa nALum vaNangith thozhuvArkku,

thammaiyEA okka aruL seivar.." 11-3-5;

 

 

Who can be such graceful. Ordinary mortals see to that nobody nears their level and nip the growth in the bud. Here, The Lord blesses the dear souls

to this equal status.Great.
