Guest guest
Om Andrew, recommendations are usually made in accordance with each person's individual circumstances and aspirations. For those new to wearing rudraksh, usually 2 of the lower mukh beads are recommended to be worn in pairs to achieve balance of energies in a mala. These are usually below 8 mukh. There are no strict rules to say you have to do so. Please analyze for yourself how you feel and what your instinct tells you. If you don't want to wear 2 of the same beads, then don't. But if instinct tells you that you should, then follow it. Holy Sanskrit texts also mention that rudraksh beads be worn in pairs, threes, fives and so on. Higher mukh beads, becos of their higher electromagnetic properties, can be worn alone. However, there are rudraksh devotees who wear them in pairs too. Each to their own decision. Meditate on things and decide for yourself. Ommmmmm , "andrewngmm" <andrewngmm wrote: > > Hi, > Is this a must?
