Guest guest
I wish I could offer you some "exercises" My wife has moderate scoliosis and she simply does her KY very gently and sometimes she replaces impossible exercises with less demanding ones. Work with your medical professionals. Show them what you want to do (look in Sadhana Guidelines for possible sets and meditations). Don't rush. Take it easy, meditate in the stillness of your mind if you can and see yourself as a perfect yogi in all aspects. Hold that image firmly, even if you are lying on your back resting. Breathe deeply and that may be the best exercise of all.
