I have been working with a scoliosis for many years. I can tell you that my

chiropractor felt he could not help straighten my spine but that my

Kundalini Yoga practice had given me a strong back that would prevent any

further damage to my spine. So I strongly suggest sets to strengthen your

back. Start gently. The easiest (yet very effective) set I found for the

back is in Ravi Singh's manual Kundalini Yoga for body, mind, and beyond. I

don't know if it is still available. I'll send you a copy of it off line.

Are you in pain? or is it just a painless distortion right now?

My own personal understanding is that for structural correction you may want

to consult a reputable Iyengar yoga instructor.

I have not opted to go that way because I prefer another method which is to

tune in to God, experience his/her light going through my whole body for 5

minutes or more each morning and each evening, and ask for complete health

and a perfect back. There are many reported cases of "miracles" that doctors

cannot explain medically where people healed by doing just this. It

sometimes happens instantly, sometimes it takes a while. It is accompanied

with some kind of paradigm expansion, or spiritual healing of some kind. But

it takes the ability to let go of the idea of disease and embrace the light

and perfect health. It may come with some pain not to be afraid of as the

perfection gets created!

Blessings, Awtar
