Assuming that you can eat veggies and fruits, research seems to favor those in cancer treatment. I wasn't generally pushing healthy foods or raw foods (which I don't think is all that great myself). I wasn't pushing vegetarianism either (after all someone has to show those bovines who's in charge here on Earth - now I'm kidding of course so please all don't attack me). Dear labd ~ I am so sorry if you took what I wrote as an attack. Those here who know me well know that is something I would never do. I also realize(d) that you were not pushing a veggie or raw foods diet (which does work amazingly well for some people). I guess I took your email as an opportunity to just let people know that each person is unique, and what diet works depends somewhat on this as well as on what the disease is. I eat very little meat myself, but since animal protein is good for people with Fibromyalgia, I do eat some (mostly fish and chicken). So again, I apologize to you if you felt attacked. Blessings ~ Linda P.S. Same to all others who were recommending raw food, veggie diet. I understand you were all responding to a specific "case," and that this is somewhat proven to be healing for people with cancer. I only wanted to present another point of view. Guest guest
Dear Linda, I didn't take your comments as an attack at all. The remark below was meant as a joke. Anyway I know how much you helped others with your prayer list and I'm just sorry to hear that you are going through so much pain. I hope there is some quick recovery from all that.
