Namah Shivaya dear Arun.

So glad to hear you can come and help. We were feeling pretty desperate. Tushita is a good experienced coordinator (Chicago, Iowa, MI last year), but not sure if she and her team can make it on time to organize lines on Sunday night.. We just heard from Sveta in Iowa too, and she is arriving midday. She needs a ride from the airport. Is there anyway you could come a little sooner and pick her up? Then you could get settled in the hotel and really be ready for the seva before the lines start forming, by Amma's grace.

You'll be glad to know that those 2 great guys on security last year will also be serving this year.

I'll send you and Sveta some updates on greeter seva. By all means use the guidelines i wrote for Toronto this summer. I'll send to Sveta and Tushita already has them.

I'll also send you both the hotel layout, but haven't heard anything about what's where, except that dining is in 2nd floor Marquis room.

MI organizers, when can you tell us what's going to be where?

Also, Sveta and Arun, you need to get from Shreeja and Minni the list of volunteers for greeting and do some contacting and confirming so you have a team lined up for Sunday night.

Seating team and priority team look nice and strong. so that will help a lot.

I would like to leave this with the 3 of you, Tushita, Sveta and Arun since this child is completely overwhelmed with preparations for move to India. I'll be at the program, but need to attend to my son's family, trouble shoot for token flow, and help Bhavani some with tokens. Trusting you all will do a great job in this seva, by Amma's grace.

greeter coordinator need for MI

Sunday program

MI program desperately needs an experienced greeter coordinator (or someone very

experienced in greeting seva) who can be at the hall no later than

early Sunday afternoon. Tushita, the local coordinator has to drive

through the snowbelt from WI. Best case: she'll get there late afternoon.

Worse case: she won't get there in time for the seva on Sunday.

your help

in finding someone to do this would be most appreciated.
