Guest guest
Dear BhagavathAs, Eventhough the avatAram of our emperumAn can not be counted and is endless, some of the avatArams were repeatedly and in many time was enjoyed by our Azhwars and AchAryars. Sri P.B.A Swamin while discussing about the ParasurAma avatAram, for pAsuram in Periya Thirumozhi 8.8.6 (Thirukannapuram), he mentioned that Lords' avatAram is countless. But at the vyAkyAnam for 8.8.10 pAsuram, PBA swamin had quoted that, azhwar wants to conclude the pathigam with the tenth avatAram of Lord -Kalki- and also used the word DasAvatAram. Similarly Thirumangai Azhwar in that 10th pAsuram had summed up the avatArs of Lord in the chronological order of DasavatAram only. From PBA Swamin divyArtha deepikai, Swamy Parasara Bhattar in Sri Rangaraja Sthavam - Utthara bhAgam also celebrates and compares Lord Sri RanganAthar with DasAvathAram. Eventhough its wellknown fact that, Our Lord avatAram can not be restricted with 10 ONLY, but this 10 SELECTED avatArs of HIM is repeatedly enjoyed by our Azhwars, poorvAsiriyars. Here adiyEn wants to clear that, we can use the word "DasAvatAram by emperumAn". If not, then why Thirumangai Azhwar uses this ten avatars and dedicate each pAsuram for each avatAr in Periya Thirumozhi 8.8? If not then why AchAryar NigamAntha dEsikan dedicated 10 StOtrams for Ten Avatars - called as DasAvatAra StOtram? Eventhough emperumAn had taken many avatArs, the KoormaAvatAram can not ge forgotten by any - since PirAttiyAr's avatAram from pArkadal. 2) Sri Varaha AvatAram can not be forgotten by any - since he saved our Bhoomi PirAttiyAr. 3) Sri Narasimha AvatAram can not be forgotten by any - since in this avatAram HE proved that HE can took avatAr for HIS BhaktAs like PrahlAdan. 4) Sri Vamana AvatAram can not be forgotten by any - since in this avatAram HE proved that, HE is Sarvarakshkan not only for bhakthAs like us, but also for Devars like Indran - "EmperumAn-ImaiyOr thalaivan." 5) Sri Rama, Krishna AvatAram can not be forgotten by any. adiyEn, senthil.b ramanuja, "bsundarrajansrivilliputtur" <bsundarrajansrivilliputtur wrote: > > shri: > > Dear shriman "Thenamaam Polil..."
