Guest guest
I had some problems with depression. I was severly depressed for about 15 years. I was put on one antidepressant after another until I was quite a bit like a zombie, but no results. Around 4 years ago I started to practice budhist meditations. My blood pressure went down, my panic disorder went away, and I started to get some results from the antidepressants. Since I joined this group and kundalini awakening group I have went off of my antidepressants and am feeling OK. My problem is while I was depressed I didn't do anything. My weight increased, and my physical condition decreased. I want to start doing kriya yoga but I don't have any idea where to start because of my poor physical condition. I know starting slow is the best, but most of the kriyas that I saw are to hard for me to do, and I was wondering if anyone can lead me to a website or book that will guide me to beginer, beginer, beginer asanas that I can do. Thanks and many blessings to all Stephen (SilverCloudxxxxxxxx) I am in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada,
