what is the planet that makes us or gives disturbed sleep i have heard

from many that any planets such as rahu or mars or sat or ketu in 12th

gives disturbed sleep is that true how to interpret it if so what are

the other conditions we can expect from such placements of planets

are there any remedies to overcome
