two similar cases-tropical is better

here in Portugal we have two very similar persons.One is the governorof madeira island,the other Jose Mourinho the coach of Chelsea FC in England.Both behave badly,are rebellious and excentric, loud. Well both have sun and Moon in Aquarius and one of them also the rising sign in aquarius, the other in capricorn.It is with these extreme types that i see that tropical astrology works better.In sideral they would be strongly capricorn,no way that is possible.
