According to Dr. B.V. Raman's book, 'Three Hundred Important Combinations', "the 2nd house from the Moon may be occupied by planets excepting the Sun. It may be occupied by Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus and Saturn either singly or collectively. Again the nature of the yoga depends to a large extent upon the nature of the lord or lords occupying the 2nd. Thus take Taurus as the Moon's rasi and Mercury, Jupiter and Venus being placed in Gemini. This is a powerful Sunapha Yoga capable of giving rise to much wealth. The intensity of the yoga will be heightened if Lagna happens to be Leo as in this case the yoga will have reference to the 10th and 11th houses. As usual the results will find expression in the Dasas and Bhuktis of the planets responsible for causing the yoga." Hope this helps. It is Chapter 39. It is the same condition as David said, and Parasara ads that the native born with this yoga will be a king or equal to a kong, will be very intelligent, wealthy - will have self earned wealth and that he will be famous. The reason why Surya cannot form this yoga is the Ch wiil be very near him in Krishna paksa and hence very weak - this is a case with Anapha and Duradhara yogas when one or more grahas are in 12th or int 2nd & 12th bhava respectevly.
