(I'm not talking the 10mins of Shivasana type stuff but more the 1hr stuff) There are a few guided cd's on the market at the minute - can any experienced practitioners recommend some of the better ones? A great cd is by Xenia Spwalinski (lastname may be spelt wrong) but anyways she has one that's very nice it has two different sessions each about a half hour. You can get her cd thru downward dog yoga centre in toronto ontario. Check out their website or you could google her and find her own personal site.
