There is some error in the last posting. APOLOGIES for this error. adiyen has referred to Perumal's paratvam for the word "Kathirmudi" in Azhwar's pasuram, which is not correct. adiyen got confused with this word and the meaning of the word, "neelmudi". The correct version is as below,

Azhwar continues his request to Thiruppulingudi Perumal from the earlier pasuram to eliminate all the sufferings. This time, Parankusan refers to the valour of KaasinivEndhan in killing mAli and sumAli. Perumal, carried by Garudan stood as a golden mountain in front of the asuras. With the sight of this form of KaasinivEndhan, the asuras tried to flee the scene. With His anger, Perumal burnt them.

Azhwar puts forth arguments that EmperumAn is and has removed all the sufferings of devotees and quotes a precedent in destruction of mAli and sumAli. Having done so, will it be a big thing for removing the hurdles of Azhwar?

Perhaps, EmperumAn is capable. Is He willing? For this the above words are relevant. The kings put on their crown to take careof the citizines of thier kingdom. Similarly,

EmperumAn has adorned His crown to save the Atman-s 'Being so, will i lose this opportunity? asks Azhwar

Azhwar extends his request from the previous pasuram here. He goes one step further in requesting KaasinvEndhan to carry all His DivyAyudhams, come and protect Azhwar. Also, the very sight of BhoomipAlan with all His DivyAyudhams will automatically get rid of one's sufferings.
