Guest guest
Dear Prabhus, Please accept our humble obeisances! All glories to Srila Prabhupada! The ISKCON Germany- Austria EURO GBC and National Council Members are very choked by the action taken in Kazakhstan against the devotees. We feel their distress and their despair. We pray to our Lord Sri Krsna to please take very special care of His devotees during this time of tribulation. May their faith in the Lord increase, despite the difficulties at hand. The German- Austria Yatra is celebrating Gita Jayanti on the 02d of December 2006 in seven different temples. The whole Bhagavat Gita is going to be recited on that day. The German Yatra would like to offer the result of this sacrifice for the wellbeing of the devotees in Kazakhstan. Following another ( practical) proposal: The German government is offereing asylium to all political and religious harrassed persons. These persons get indefinit permission to stay in the country. They get a home, money for food and clothing, health insurance and social security. Devotees who do not apply to the above mentionned opportunity can register and stay for only 3 month at the time in Germany. Please note that no illigal devotees will be accepted in the temples! Once the devotees are legaly accept by the state in the above mentionned way (only then!) they can come to Germany and stay or spend time in the following temple: Abentheuer: 0049 (0) 6782 10 79 85 up to 5 Devotees for about 3 month in ashram situation Berlin: 0049 (0) 30 44 35 72 96 Hamburg: 0049 (0) 40 410 28 48 from 9 am to 18 pm Heidelberg: 0049 (0) 6221 65 00 271 up to 5 Devotees Jandesbrunnn Simhachalam: 0049 (0) 8583 316 up to 6 Devotees Köln: 0049 (0) 221 29 16 397 up to 1 Grahasta couple or 2 Prabhus or 2 Matajis. München: 0049 (0) 89 68 800 288 up to 7 brahmacaris or 2 grhastas couples without children. No matajis ashram. Dear Prabhus, we hope to be of some help. Our best wishes! Hare Krsna! Ys. M. Guest guest
Dear Prabhus Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada. Artashes Adamian, an Armenian citizen who received asylum in Germany on the grounds of religious persecution as a Hare Krishna in Armenia, just explained to me the following according to his knowledge: 1. If one wants to apply for asylum in Germany, one has to travel to Germany directly without transit, e.g. one has to take a plane from Kasakhstan to Germany. 2. Directly upon entry in Germany, one has to apply for asylum. It is not advisable to stay somewhere in Germany and apply later. There will be an interview with officials. 3. At least during the first months, one will have to live in a camp for asylum seekers. This is for the protection of the asylum seeker and for clarifying the formalities. Artashes will prepare a more detailed report on how he received religious asylum in Germany.
