Please carefully read what I wrote. I challenged your claim that the books

etc. are sufficient to guide all ISKCON members. Since you now have dropped

this claim, the purpose of my question has been fulfilled.

What do you mean by "physically present in relation to the disciple"? When

is the guru physically present in relation to the disciple, and when not?

 

And please present one single statement by Srila Prabhupada saying that for

the initiation the physical presence of the diksa guru is not required.

You have not understood my argument. If you had understood it and knew what

we are talking about, then you would be able to answer following questions:

 

What do you mean by "physical guru"? Do you mean "physically present in the

same universe"? And what do you mean by "physically present for his

disciples"? Do you mean "physically present in the same room"?

 

Why did Srila Prabhupada go to New York and other cities, if his physical

presence was not required there to initiate and deliver disciples?

 

How can we go to a physical spiritual master, if we don't know where he is

(when he is not physically present on this planet)?

 

How can Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakur deliver his disciples who

took birth again on the earth, if he does not initiate them (as you claim)?
