A) Though people who do not serve Krsna consider bricks, lime, and cement

/as/ material objects for personal utilization...

 

B) Though people not engaged in Krsna's service consider bricks, lime, and

cement /as/ material objects for personal utilization...

 

 

My comment: "serving Krsna" suggests something done casually now and then.

"Engaged in Krsna's service" suggests (to me) more serious commitment.
