At sErkAzhi, Thirumangai Azvar was chllenged to compose a poem with numbers 1-2-3-4 and bang came

Chithirak kavi

 

is a poetic expression bringing out a form or picture thorugh the poetic expressions.

 

For example the thiru-ezhuk kUTrirukkai prabhandham brings out the form of a chariot thorugh the numbers embedded in the prabhandham

 

Though such a type of kavi is not explicitly prevalent in Periya thiurmohzi, we can infer it indirectly from the third thirumozhi of the fourth ten.

This is a Thiurmozhi dedicated to sem-pon sei kOvil and AzVar describes it as to be located at the exact centre of the thirunAngUr divya-desam-s.

 

The beauty is this partticular thirumozhi is also exactly in the middle of thiurnAngUr thiurmozhi-s
